What is our favorite way to strength train without any equipment and you can bring your baby?⁠

STAIRS⁠

Natures staircase, the staircase in your building ... any stairs will do! ⁠

Climbing stairs builds cardio, strengthens your legs and especially targets your power house muscles your glutes. ⁠

Glute strength can be protective against knee pain, ITB pain, lower back and hip pain and can help with pelvic floor dysfunction. ⁠

Some tips we recommend are...⁠

  • focus on visualizing and purposefully squeezing your bum as you step up.⁠

  • push through your heel and keep your big toe down as well⁠

  • step down onto the step above you don't just shuffle your foot onto the step⁠

  • check out a baby wearing expert to find the perfect equipment for you ⁠
