Our Registered Physiotherapists bring everything they need to assess and treat you in the comfort of your own home. Yes that's right we come to you! (Baby is always welcome to be in the room as well). Virtual appointments are also offered where we are able to assess and provide guided rehabilitation . We currently have practitioners offering prenatal and postpartum birth prep and recovery, pelvic floor, pilates, sports and oncology Physiotherapy.
We direct bill most insurance companies in BC, Canada. Virtual appointments outside of BC can not be billed to extended health benefits.

In-Home RMT Treatments (North Vancouver & Burnaby)
Our Registered Massage Therapists bring everything they need to assess and treat you in the comfort of your own home. With expertise in Prenatal, Postpartum, Sports Injuries and Chronic Pain our RMT’s can provide relief and help ease your pain. You’re welcome to bring baby in the treatment room and we can play the music of your choice to give you some time to relax.

Doula Care
Available for virtual care anywhere in Canada and the USA.
Our Doula's offer virtual support and care to help guide you through fertility, pregnancy and birth prep as well as postpartum.These packages offer 1:1 sessions as well as resources, meditations, print out’s and can be done solo or with your partner.
