Facilitated by our Doula, Taylor McKay Smith who blends together her knowledge as a doula, circle facilitator, & wellness counselor to hold space and guide you through a process.
Taylor is offering weekly virtual support circles currently for those in the Postpartum period. The circles are a safe space to openly share what is on your heart and listen to what other women are going through who are in a similar phase of life as you. The power of the group can bring clarity, comfort, and support.
Mother’s Circle
Free First trial session Jan 29th @ 1PM
Next 6-week Session: (Feb 5-March 11) on Monday’s at 1PM

The Mother circle is for Mothers of infants & toddlers with a focus on the first year of Motherhood. Whether you are transitioning into motherhood for the first time, or whether you are making the adjustment of bringing a new baby into the mix with other siblings. This circle is here to support you after birth and beyond.
When: The next 6 week session starts Feb 5th!
Mondays at 12 pm PST via Zoom

Pregnancy Circle - Coming Soon 2024

Open for any stage of pregnancy; whether you have just found out you are pregnant and don't feel ready to break the news to colleagues and friends yet or whether you are due tomorrow. In any phase, pregnancy can feel like an exciting yet isolating and challenging experience.
