Prenatal Workout Workshop

This 2 hour workshop is for the moms at any stage in their pregnancy, newly pregnant, well into their third trimester or hoping to become pregnant in the future.

We will chat all things pelvic floor and core in pregnancy and how to navigate exercise throughout pregnancy. We will then go through a workout where we will help you modify each exercise to meet you where you are at! We will focus on beathe work, core and pelvic floor exercises and compound moves to support our changing bodies.

Finally we will conclude with mobility and a chat with about postpartum support.
