This 6 week program will teach you head to toe strategies to:
Warm up properly
Improve and control your rotational power control and utilize your rotational power
Treat muscle imbalances & decrease injuries correct for muscular imbalances and decrease risk of injury
Improve consistency
These educational videos and workouts are designed by a Registered Physiotherapist with additional training in Clinical Pilates and Pelvic Floor, who will empower you to move with confidence.
In these workouts, we’ll guide you through improving your core stability and rotational power, increase joint flexibility where it matters, bullet-proofing your shoulders with strengthening, and preventing imbalances from escalating to injuries.
