This is a movement program curated specifically for professionals who spend over 4 hours a day seated, to combat common pains & body concerns.
Here is a glimpse into the Elevate your Desk Posture Program
This 6 week program will teach you head to toe strategies to:
Teach you easy movements to do at your desk to relieve neck and shoulder tension
Provide you with tools to improve the set up of your work space and your posture
Equip you with stretches to prevent common computer injuries, such as carpal tunnel, tennis elbow, or a frozen shoulder
These educational videos and workouts are designed by a Registered Physiotherapist with additional training in Clinical Pilates and Pelvic Floor, who will empower you to move with confidence.
These guided workouts and educational videos will target the endurance of the postural muscles that support you when sitting all day. They will help you strengthen your shoulders, neck, back, core and hips. You’ll notice that by the end of the 6 weeks you’ll be finishing the work week without all those aches and pains.
