This can include how to modify exercises, if you're doing the exercises right, any questions about any of the topics covered in the education segment of the program or if you'd like a suggestion of an in-person physiotherapist near you!
Have your personal questions answered by Diane Rizzardo (Pelvic Floor & Pilates, Ortho Physiotherapist). If you are in British Columbia you may submit this to your extended health insurance as Physiotherapy but if you are outside of BC while you are doing your virtual visit you may not submit this for any extended health or physiotherapy benefits.
