FAQ

Question: How soon can I start this program after giving birth?

Answer: We recommend waiting a minimum of 6 weeks after giving birth before starting this program. This is because the cervix and uterus generally takes this long to recover. If you've had a belly birth this also allows the tissues and incision to heal. But Everyone is different and some women are able to start earlier than 6 weeks after giving birth. We highly recommend getting cleared by your primary care team first.

Everyone should get be cleared for light exercise by their treating OBGYN, GP and /or Pelvic Floor Physio before starting this program.

Question: Can I do this program after a c-section, with diastasis recti, or with prolapse?

Answer: YES! We have specific exercise modifications to keep you safe and provide great workouts! We also have videos, written educational pieces and links to reputable providers who can help you take control of your own body. We cover each of these topics within videos in this course

Question: How will I know if I’m ready to start this program?

Answer: We recommend this program for women who feel that their body and mind are telling them they are ready to start working on their strength, endurance and ability to keep up with your little ones as they grow.  There is zero rush on when your body will be ready for this.  Some women will be ready as early as 6 weeks after giving birth and others won't be ready for the first 2 years.  It's never too late to start!
