This 6 week program will teach you head to toe strategies to:
Teach you bone-safe alternatives to traditional Pilates exercises
Help you reach your recommended daily bone-loading impacts to strengthen bone density
Give you confidence in your balance and help decrease falls
Teach you how to activate your core and improve overall strength
These educational videos and workouts are designed by a Registered Physiotherapist with additional training in Clinical Pilates and Pelvic Floor, who will empower you to move with confidence.
You’ll work on strengthening with hand weights and bands, improve on cardiovascular endurance and balance and get your recommended moderate impacts all from the comfort and safety of your own home.
